This explains how W3B handles the personal information you give us through this website. We've kept it short and in plain English.

Who we are

W3B is a web design studio operating at w3bsite.net. You can reach us at hello@w3bsite.net.

Business registration and trading address still to be confirmed by the owner before launch.

What we collect

When you fill in our enquiry form we collect your name, business name, current website, email address, phone number and any message you choose to give us. Nothing else.

The speed check

If you use the speed check on our home page, your browser contacts the address you typed and times how long it takes to answer. Where we run the fuller mobile report, that address is also sent to Google's PageSpeed Insights service, and Google's handling of it is covered by their own privacy policy. Either way we don't store the address or the result, and nothing is saved unless you go on to fill in the enquiry form.

Why we use it

For one thing only: to reply to your enquiry, prepare your free mock-up and talk to you about a website. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we're in contact, and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. Ask us any time and we'll remove yours sooner.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@w3bsite.net and we'll sort it. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
